1. Who we are
This application («Uliana poster», the «App») is an internal publishing tool. It is operated by [LEGAL NAME OF THE OWNER / COMPANY] («we», «us»), who also owns and administers the Facebook Pages the App works with.
The App is not offered to the public. It has no sign-up, no user accounts and no end users other than our own staff. It is used solely to manage content on Facebook Pages that belong to us.
Questions about this policy: [[email protected]].
2. What the App does
The App publishes and manages content on our own Facebook Pages:
creates posts (text, photos, videos) on our Pages;
publishes and reads comments under our own posts, in order to answer readers and to moderate spam;
reads the content and the aggregated statistics of our Pages (reach, impressions, clicks, reactions, video views) so that we can see which of our posts work;
reads the list of Pages our business account administers, and the Pages’ settings, so that the App publishes to the right Page.
3. What data the App accesses
Data Why Where it comes from
Page access tokens of our own Pages to publish and read on those Pages Meta, via our business system user
Content of our own Pages: posts, photos, videos, descriptions to publish new posts and to re-publish our best past posts Meta Graph API
Comments left by people under our own posts to reply and to moderate Meta Graph API
Aggregated statistics of our Pages and posts to measure what works Meta Graph API
Public profile of the administrator who authorises the App required by Meta to issue the token Meta
The App does not collect, store or process: personal data of people who visit or follow our Pages beyond what is described above, private messages, e‑mail addresses, phone numbers, payment data, location data, or any special categories of personal data.
The App does not use cookies, trackers or advertising identifiers, and does not profile individuals.
4. Comments by visitors
When a person leaves a public comment under one of our posts, the App can read that comment and the public display name attached to it, in order to reply to it or to hide spam. We do not build profiles from comments, do not export them into mailing lists and do not share them with anyone.
If you have commented on one of our posts and want your comment removed, you can delete it yourself on Facebook, or write to [[email protected]] and we will remove it.
5. Where data is stored and who can see it
All data the App retrieves is stored on our own server and is accessible only to our staff who operate the Pages. We do not sell data, do not rent it out and do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers.
We use a small number of service providers strictly as processors:
our hosting provider, which stores the server;
providers of text and image generation services, used to write the texts and pictures of our own posts and articles. No personal data of Page visitors is sent to them — only our own editorial material.
6. How long we keep data
Page access tokens — until they are revoked or the App is removed from our business account.
Our own post content and aggregated statistics — for as long as we run the Pages, because this is our own editorial archive.
Comments — we keep no separate copy beyond what is stored on Facebook itself; anything cached for moderation is deleted within 90 days.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data about you we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [[email protected]] and we will answer within 30 days.
Data deletion request. To have any data associated with you removed from our systems, send an e‑mail to [[email protected]] with the subject «Data deletion» and the Facebook profile name under which you interacted with our Pages. We will delete the data and confirm by reply within 30 days.
You can also remove the App’s access to your data at any time in your Facebook settings: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
8. Children
Our Pages and this App are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly process their data.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the text on this page and change the date at the top. The current version is always the one published here: [URL OF THIS PAGE].
